You should only be completing this Booking Form if you have already completed our Availability Enquiry Form, and have received the “Availability confirmation” email from us concerning the property that you wish to book.

If you HAVE already checked that the property you require is available,

PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FORM BELOW.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
If the booking is made within 2 calendar months of arrival 100% is payable on booking.

Once the Booking has been acknowledged by us we will then put a hold on the property for 5 days, pending receipt of the 25% deposit or full payment. However, please note that you should not consider the property reserved for you until you receive our “Confirmation of Receipt of Deposit/Balance” email. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We will send you a reminder by email, together with instructions as to how to pay the balance due.

LONG TERM LETS
A security deposit equivalent to one months rent is payable on booking, refundable at the end of the tenancy minus any costs for breakages and damage, together with payment of one months rent in advance. The remainder of the tenancy rental will be payable on a monthly basis.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit cards (Using PayPal processing), cash or online banking transfer to our sterling account in the UK or International Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank accounts in Cyprus.
