Rent A Villa In Paphos November Newsletter, Issue #002
February 04, 2007
From all accounts the weather in Europe has been pretty dismal over Christmas and the beginning of this New Year and I know that many of you have been surfing the site in search of your dream holiday for this year.
How do I know that, you may ask? Well I do know that many of you have taken advantage of the Earlybird 5% discount as we have had our busiest January ever and it is lovely to see so many return bookings from last year.
The Early bird discount is now closed but we still have some winter specials available until the end of March.
This is a fabulous 4 bed villa in Coral Bay. No car hire required as the villa is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. All this will cost for 1 weeks stay in Paphos until the end of March is CYŁ550! Get your friends together before Easter and make this your most affordable villa holiday to Cyprus ever :
4 Couples - CYŁ137.50 each!
3 Couples - CYŁ183.35 each.
2 Couples - CYŁ275.00 each.
Or simply have the place to yourselves for CYŁ550. How can you pass up an opportunity like this?
If you haven't booked your summer villa holidays yet, do not despair because we still have some fabulous villas available and have also taken on some new ones this year for what will be their first summer season.
We will ensure that the champagne is ready in the fridge, with compliments from us to celebrate the occasion. We will also book a fabulous meal for you at one of our top class restaurants if you want to make it really special. (Sorry, you will have to pay for this one!) Just let us know.
This Offer extends to the whole of February, so if you forget the special day and have some making up to do, what better solution than to whisk them off to Aphrodite’s island of love and hide away in one of our first class villas or apartments for a week or two. If that doesn't convince them nothing will, as long as you tell them you're footing the bill!
So many specials all in one Newsletter! These will be the last until Autumn so make the most of them while you can.
If you are seriously considering moving to Paphos to live in the future and need all the gossip on how to make life easy for yourself when applying to immigration, schools or getting your utilities connected, Roy & I have now put together a
downloadable E-book to guide you through all the trials and tribulations. The book is full of useful information on immigration, car and pet shipping, schools and much, much more.... and if all else fails, there is always us if you still have any further questions.
It's Downloadable too!
As for weather...It always makes me smile to be able to report, at the same time, that there is heavy snow on Troodos and the skiing is great and down here is Paphos the oranges are heavy on the trees and the first ones in the supermarkets are as sweet as ever. We are still experiencing bright sunny days but our nights are definitely on the chilly side, what I would call woolley weather.
We are now in refurbishment season and restaurants and bars are getting ready for this years visitors. Everyone is busy painting and putting in new furnishings and so they should be to keep up with the new boys on the block.
We have a few new ones to shout about and the old favourites to continually recommend:
PERIKLIS TAVERN - Nata Village. I know it’s a ride out of Paphos, but most of you hire a car anyway and this one is well worth a visit. Take the motorway towards Limassol and turn off at the signpost for Chryssoroyatisa Monastery and Panayia Village. Pass Ay.Varvara Village and take the right hand turn to Nata Village. Periklis Tavern is on this road on the left. Famous Cyprus Sunday lunch buffet and the most authentic Cyprus cuisine. Great value for money, views and atmosphere. Thank you for subscribing to our List. If there is anything that you would particularly like to see featured on a regular basis please let me know by email and I will do my best to oblige.
Remember your next holiday is only around the corner!
Cheers until next time.
