* There is a large pool for everyones enjoyment. The pool is heated and doors can be opened to the exterior during the hot summer months. Hoist available and sit down step.

* Separate baby pool area is also available.

* An open plan dining area with patio doors leading to the olive tree courtyard garden and BBQ area which overlooks the heated indoor pool.

* Luxury villa Cyprus with special needs facilities and plenty of terraced areas with sun loungers and umbrellas to take in the views and relax in comfort.

* 3 x wheel in shower rooms with height adjustable shower chairs and roll under basins. (One in house and one in each studio.)

* Wheel in shower room with roll under basin also at poolside where you will find a drive under BBQ table.

* The lane into the village is tarmac, and downhill.

* The local taverna, Persefone Nikolaous owned by friendly Maria, has a ramp and is wheelchair accessible and highly recommended. She serves simple but very tasty grilled food, salads etc. You can also stock up on local produce whilst there. Open from April to October.

* Assistance with the hire of additional equipment including wheelchairs and scooters is available.

* A mini bus with ramp/lift can also be arranged for transfers and excursions at the guests expense.

* The owners are pleased to offer a free transfer, per house booking, for up to 5 persons from Paphos airport.
