THINGS TO DO IN PAPHOS
Exciting days out and fun things to do in Paphos can be found on the following links. Not all have been tried and tested personally but we intend to try out the quad biking this year. Drop us an email and let us know what you found to be the best thing to do in Paphos.
OK. Now you have found your perfect villa and everyone is enjoying the freedom of your own pool and BBQ. You know you can get up at whatever time you wish because no-one will be knocking on the door to clean the room (apart from Mum of course). You may have ventured out and visited the many
that Paphos has to offer, such as the Mosaics and the Tomb Of The Kings, but is this the only reason for your visit to this beautiful island or are you looking for entertainment and exciting things to do in Paphos?
Schools out for summer and let's be honest, there is a little place in all of us that says, 'Hey, the sun is shining, I'm on holiday and I want some real fun'. Whether you are alone, a couple or a family with teenagers or tiny tots in tow, a holiday needs to be one to remember and rather than arguing about it when you arrive, we decided to give you a selection of things to do in Paphos so that the planning of activities that everyone can look forward to and the agreeing of budgets beforehand can save an awful lot of arguing and misery at the very point when the whole family should be having huge fun. Fuel a little excitement for everyone and take a look at some of the brilliant extra curricular Paphos activities to look forward to.
So for lots of fun, exciting and adventurous things to do in Paphos try clicking on the various activity links at the top of this page for further information and enjoy whatever Paphos activities you chose to take part in.
I have also found some group things to do in Paphos that would appeal to all the family without breaking the budget.ITHAKI MINI GOLF COURSE
Great family fun for everyone here on the American designed 18 hole mini golf course. Something to challenge everyone, and girls, if the boys are still arguing over who had the best shot and who cheated, send them off to play on the bumper cars next door to blow off steam while you sit in the garden and enjoy a cool drink.
Ithaki Mini Golf Course can be found in Coral Bay. Take the road off the main street next to the Hippopotamus Restaurant and you will find it 50 yards up on the left, opposite the Neptune Hotel.
SNAKE GEORGE’S REPTILE PARK
A small establishment run by Snake George, who is often called upon by members of the Paphos public to remove unwanted visitors from their houses or gardens. He has a fascinating display of snakes and lizards and is more than happy to show you around and tell you a few tails. The meager entrance fee is for the upkeep of the reptiles only and all kids will love the hands on experience at the end when, if you are one of the lucky ones, you may get to hold a small friendly snake.
To find the reptile park you will need to travel on the main road past Coral Bay to Agios Georgios. On the right you will see an EKO Service Station and the reptile park is situated to the rear.
A fun and relaxing day out for all the family or a half day tour around Paphos in the original fun bus, a traditional Bedford bus. The full day expedition takes you to waterfalls, beaches and older villages throughout the countryside. A BBQ lunch is provided . Wear comfortable shoes and take your swimwear for a cool off at Adonis Waterfalls. Fun Bus tours can be booked at most tour offices in the main street.
